2. Data we collect
When you register, we process your username, email address and password hash. When you publish listings, we process the domain name, offer type, price, currency and timestamps. Contact forms contain the details you provide. Security logs may include technical request information held by your web host.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Account, login and listing operation: performance of your requested service (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- Security, abuse prevention and service integrity: legitimate interests, balanced against your rights (Article 6(1)(f)).
- Responding to messages: steps you request and/or legitimate interests; legal obligations where applicable.
- Marketing or non-essential tracking, if introduced: consent where required by law.
4. Recipients and transfers
Data may be processed by hosting, email-delivery, security and technical service providers acting under appropriate arrangements. Clicking an Atom affiliate link takes you to a third-party service governed by its own privacy terms. Add the real providers, locations and any international transfer safeguards before launch.
5. Retention
Account data is retained while the account is active and as needed for security, disputes and legal obligations. Contact messages are retained only as long as needed to handle the request and maintain necessary records. Define a documented deletion schedule before launch.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it. 7. Security
Passwords are stored using PHP’s password hashing functions. No internet service can guarantee absolute security; keep your password private and contact us if you suspect account misuse.

The service is not intended for children to submit personal data without appropriate authorization. We may update this policy and will revise the date above.
